Sept visit to Greece
Hello George,

Greetings, we want to tell you of the wonderful 2 days of touring we
had with James' Dimitri'  He is a gentleman and a scholar and
treated us with gracious hospitality, intelligence, and humor. We learned so much about Greece from him, both the historical and current information about Greece.

He took us to Corinth, Mycenea, Nafplion, and Epidaurus on Sept 16, and on Sept 23, we went to Osios Loukas and Delphi. He took us to wonderful restaurants in Nafplion and Delphi.

Linda and I would like to thank you again for the excellent service you provided us during our 3 day Delphi and Meteora tour on Aug 4-6.  The two inns we stayed at were very nice and the views spectacular!  Your English is very good.  We learned much more about Greece, its language, customs, and culture from you than we could ever expect to read in any books.  Hopefully you learned a little more about the US from us, and New Hampshire.   You can now say you know a couple who live there.   I was very pleased to see you waiting for us when our boat came in to Lavrios.  Your Mercedes, with its air conditioning, made it quite a welcome oasis after walking around viewing the many sites in 98+F temperatures.  There were a couple of days the temperature went over 100F.  We have printed out all of our pictures, and viewed my videos from the trip and some of the most incredible ones are those taken of the monasteries and nunneries in Meteora.  Everyone we share them with cannot believe what a great place that was, and even they have mentioned wanting to go and visit Greece.  Of all the trips we have taken, our trip to Greece was the most memorable one my wife and I have ever taken in the 28 years we have been married.  Having you as our guide during the final three days of our trip made the experience one we will never forget.  As we said goodbye to you on the last day, you commented that you would never forget us.  Well, James, we will never forget you either.  I know many people who travel and have Greece on their list of places to visit.  I will make sure they know about you and look you up before they travel to Athens.  It is very likely that my wife and I will return to Greece one day to see many more sights we could not fit in the two weeks we were there.  Hopefully we will meet up again.
