Full Day Athens & Corinth Tour

Explore the fascinating city of Athens before heading out of town to the ancient Temple of Apollo.

Includes a visit to: The Acropolis, The Old Palace, The Tomb of The Unknown Soldier in front of The Parliament and The Changing of The Guards, The Temple of Zeus, The Olympic Stadium (the original stadium built in the 1863 for the first modern Olympic Games in 1896). We then depart for Corinth with a brief stop at the Corinth Canal, which separates Peloponnesus from the Greek mainland and connects the two seas (Ionian and Aegean),where you will see the Temple of Apollo and associated sites: the Agora, the Roman Odeon, the Bema and Gallio's Seat. We'll have lunch at a tavern near the canal and back to Athens.

The Acropolis is open: In Winter: From Nov 1st to March 31st: 08:30-15:00 - In Summer: 08.00-19.00
Acropolis entrance ticket : 12 euros per person*
The Acropolis ticket can be used for a few days (7-8 days) after its purchase for more archaeological sites, which are quotted on the Acropolis ticket itself (Roman Market, Ancient Agora, Temple of Zeus, Kerameikos, Dionysos sanctuary). You can buy this ticket at any of the five archaeological places you visit first and use it for the Acropolis too.

The Temple of Poseidon is open daily from 10am until sunset.Last entry 20 min before closing.

Ancient Corinth is open: In winter :8am-3pm In Summer: 8am-5pm Ancient Corinth entrance ticket: 7euros*

Closed on Holidays: Jan 1st, March 25th, May 1st,Oct 28th, Christmas and Boxing Day. Good Friday: open from 12noon to 3pm. Holy Saturday: 08.30-3pm Easter Sunday: closed Easter Monday: 08.30-3pm

*Students of non European Union countries holders of an international student card are entitled to 50% discount on the entrance fee. Young people up the age of 18 are entitled to free admission. European Union students are entitled to free entrance while European Union senior citizens over 65 have 50% discount on entry to all Greek museums and archaeological sites.
